  1、黃豆前提一晚浸泡。

  2、豆腐幹切小方塊,用鹽水腌制15分鐘

  3、鍋内放水,放入鹵料包、綠茶、紅茶、醬油、鹽、糖,燒開後放入豆腐幹與黃豆。

  4、大火燒開後,改中火燒十五分鐘,關火焖三個小時。

  5、三小時後再燒十五分鐘,再關火焖三小時即可。
