  1、準備用料:瘦肉、蚝油、黃酒、鹽、胡椒粉、土豆絲。

  2、用蚝油、黃酒把豬肉腌制30分鐘,把油加熱,将肉煎略呈金黃色,撈出控油備用,再在鍋内醬鹵豬肉30分鐘,放涼切片。

  3、土豆絲用沸水汆燙熟放在豬肉片上,用肉湯凍及小番茄加以點綴即可食用。
