  1、鴨梨、青梅、櫻桃脯、蜂 蜜、白糖、花生油各适量。

  2、鴨梨去皮、核,切小塊;青梅切丁,櫻桃脯切末。

  3、用花生油起 鍋,将白糖熬成黃色,加水、蜂蜜: 煮熟,撒上青梅丁和櫻桃脯末,将鍋中的糖汁倒在梨塊上即可食用。
