  1、材料:糯米,鹽,油。

  2、糯米洗幹淨浸泡4個小時,上鍋蒸10分鐘。

  3、蒸好的糯米加鹽調味,攪拌均勻。

  4、把糯米壓實壓平,用刀切成長方塊。

  5、在鍋中加油,倒入已經切好的糍粑,煎至兩面金黃即可。
