酸湯金針菇肥牛的做法

  1、金針菇切去底部,西紅柿切丁,香菜切段。

  2、鍋中倒油,放入蔥花爆香,放入西紅柿翻炒。

  3、加水煮開後,放入金針菇,肥牛卷,加醋,鹽,雞精,煮至肥牛片由紅轉為白色即可。

  4、将所有材料裝入鍋内,表面灑上香蔥碎及幹紅椒。炒鍋内放芝麻香油2小匙,沙拉油2小匙混合燒熱,趁熱淋在香蔥碎及幹紅椒上即完成,出鍋前撒香菜即可。
