如何做鮮香啤酒鯉魚

  1、主料:750g鯉魚一條,最好是河裡的,味才更好。青椒,西紅柿,大蒜,小蔥,水豆腐。

  2、鯉魚洗淨去掉内髒切塊,用油爆成8分熟備用;

  3、水豆腐用油煎成半黃備用;

  4、在鍋裡放入100g左右花生油燒成6成熱後放入切好的西紅柿,爆出汁,再放入切好的青椒爆成5成熟,加入适量的鹽;

  5、把魚和豆腐倒入鍋内,加入150g啤酒和食鹽用中火煮,十分鐘左右再加入蚝油三湯匙,倒入大蒜,小蔥再煮三五分鐘即可。
