  1、雞胸肉300克切條、料酒5克、鹽2克、雞粉2克、黑胡椒粉3克,攪拌均勻。

  2、加入蛋清,攪拌均勻,澱粉50克抓勻。

  3、食用油200ML,油溫燒至七成熱,放入雞柳,中小火炸至金黃。

  4、随後撈出即可。
