  1、材料:冬瓜500克,烏雞1隻,陳皮1塊,瘦肉100克,精鹽少許。

  2、先将雞剖好,洗淨,放入滾水中煮5分鐘,取出過冷水。洗淨冬瓜,連皮切成大塊。瘦肉洗淨。陳皮浸軟,去瓤,洗淨。然後将原料一齊放入清水煲内,大火煲滾後,改慢火煲3小時,下精鹽調味即成。

  3、冬瓜烏雞湯特點:消熱解暑。
