  1、食材:芋梗600克,小芋頭适量,姜片30克,白豆醬30克,沙拉油2大匙,水100cc,鹽1/4小匙,砂糖1/4小匙,雞粉1/2小匙。

  2、芋梗洗淨,剝去外皮切段;小芋頭削皮切塊備用。

  3、熱鍋,倒入沙拉油燒熱,爆香姜片後,放入作法1的小芋頭塊以中火炒香,再放入芋梗段和芋頭塊翻炒,炒軟後,放入白豆醬炒勻即可。
