  1、雞蛋打入碗中打散調勻;

  2、裡脊肉不可水洗,并用餐巾紙或紙巾将水分吸乾,切成約食指粗細的小長條,切好的肉條放些鹽扮勻,在将蛋汁倒入肉中攪拌,放置十分鐘,再加入太白粉調成糊狀,将肉裹上即可;

  3、起油鍋炸肉條,先用大火将表皮炸定型,再調成小火炸成金黃,用漏勺撈起即可食用;

  4、另一種吃法是吃不完的酥肉,冷凍保存,下次吃時,用冷水燒煮(水磙再煮肉的酥皮會爛掉),最後加上大白菜細火慢炖,依口味加些鹽或胡椒粉調味就可以。
