  1、食材:蝦仁适量,青豆适量,鹹鴨蛋1個,胡蘿蔔1/2根,蔥,蒜,隔夜米飯1大碗,雞蛋2顆,鹽适量。

  2、将鹹鴨蛋蛋白蛋黃分開搗碎。

  3、熱鍋冷油下蛋黃略炒,入蘿蔔丁、豌豆、過夜飯翻炒至米粒均勻上色。

  4、之後放入蛋白、蝦仁、雞蛋液繼續翻炒均勻即可出鍋。
