  1、食材:牛肉500g、韭黃1把、雞蛋2個、鹽适量、姜适量、五香粉适量、香油适量。

  2、首先将韭黃切好,生姜切丁拍成末,将牛肉剁成肉醬。

  3、将姜末和肉醬放入盆中,盆中倒入一勺鹽、一勺五香粉、兩勺油。

  4、往盆中打入雞蛋,倒入切好的韭黃,攪拌均勻,淋入一點香油即可。
