  1、排骨清洗幹淨,剁成小塊,蘿蔔去皮切滾刀塊。

  2、切成小塊的排骨放入大碗中,調入鹽,雞精,白胡椒粉,料酒,醬油及生粉腌制10分鐘。

  3、取砂鍋放水及蘿蔔大火煮開備用。

  4、鍋中放油燒熱,放入腌好的排骨翻炒至肉排變白沒有血水,放入燒開的蘿蔔湯中,丢進姜片蔥段燒開轉小火煲20分鐘左右,放入鹽及雞精蔥花調味即可。
