  1、原料:豬肉片150克,黃瓜100克,花生油40克,白糖25克,蔥、姜、蒜各25克,水澱粉20克,醋20克,醬油15克,料酒15克,精鹽2克,味精1克。

  2、用1克精鹽5克水澱粉将豬肉片上漿;蔥、姜、蒜切片;把白糖、醋、醬油、料酒、精鹽、味精、水澱粉調成汁待用。

  3、植物油倒入炒鍋燒熱,放入肉片炒散,把黃瓜片、蔥片、姜片、蒜片一同下鍋稍炒,烹入調好的汁,炒熟即可。
