  2、蔬菜的鉀含量都很高,比如菠菜、芥藍、苋菜等綠葉菜的鉀含量都超過香蕉。菌類蔬菜的鉀含量尤其出衆,例如口蘑鉀含量為1655毫克/100克、蘑菇(鮮蘑)312毫克/100克、雙孢蘑菇307毫克/100克。
