  1、食材:标粉發面2500克,幹面750克,饴糖750克,堿50克,植物油約1500克,另備饴糖2500克蘸蜜用 。

  2、将面發成老發面,對上堿,和成面團。

  3、幹面750克,饴糖750克,和成饴糖面。發面團一分為二,擀成片狀,饴糖面也擀成片狀。兩層發面夾一層饴糖面成三層用刀切成小塊,順切三刀連刀。油鍋燒至六成熟,下生蜜三刀炸至浮起撈出,下入蜜鍋中過蜜,撈出晾涼即可。
