  1、材料:雞蛋2個、帶點肥的豬肉半斤、腐竹适量、豆腐适量、香菇适量、蔥适量、鹽較多、醬油較多、冰糖較多、蒜頭适量、辣椒适量。

  2、腐竹,香菇洗淨,熱水泡軟。豆腐洗淨,熱水燙洗下後切塊。豬肉洗淨鹽生粉攪拌上,較肥的油拿出來爆豬油等下備用。蒜頭爆豬油,接着香菇爆香,腐竹擺入,下醬油跟水去焖,接着放豬肉,煮熟即可。
