  1、準備熟牛肚頭、熟牛肚(網胃)、熟牛百葉各150克,熟筍、青蒜各40克,紅辣椒25克,白糖15克,醋6克,精鹽、味精各0.5克,濕澱粉25克,芝麻油20克,菜籽油40克。

  2、将青蒜切段。紅辣椒、熟筍切片。牛肚頭、牛肚、牛百葉均切片,用濕澱粉15克拌勻上漿。

  3、炒鍋内加菜籽油燒熱,下入青蒜、熟筍、辣椒片略炒。

  4、下入熟牛肚頭、牛肚、百葉、醬油、白糖、醋、精鹽炒透,加味精,用濕澱粉勾芡,淋芝麻油,裝盤即成。
