  1、金黃色的湯汁一般是雞湯。

  2、香菇雞湯的做法:

  (1)雞洗幹淨,切成左中右三大塊備用,生姜切片,香菇沖洗一下表面的雜質,不要泡發;

  (2)把雞放入深湯鍋,放入生姜,香菇,倒入料酒,水(要多一點),大火煮開,轉中火煮20分鐘左右;

  (3)用筷子戳一下雞肉,能輕松插入說明雞肉已經熟了,放入适量的鹽調味,枸杞增色,中火煮5分鐘入味;出鍋,把香菜放在最上面,吃的時候在湯裡浸一下就可以了。
