  材料:芹菜300克、瘦豬肉150克、幹紅辣椒2個、大蒜、生抽、醋、鹽、植物油;瘦肉切絲,放點生抽,腌制10分鐘,芹菜摘去葉子,洗淨,劃成細條,切成一寸左右的段;蒜切片,幹辣椒切段,熱鍋涼油,下入肉絲炒散,肉絲變色後,放入辣椒、蒜片、芹菜段;翻炒幾下,放點生抽,菜快出鍋時放鹽,順鍋邊烹入醋,翻炒幾下,關火。
