  1、主料:臘肉70g。

  2、調料:蒜适量、調和油适量。

  3、做法:從泡菜壇中撈一些泡菜,豇豆角,胡蘿蔔和洋白菜,用水沖一下,泡菜都切成小丁,臘肉切小薄片,蒜切碎,鍋中倒油,放蒜炒香,再放臘腸片炒至變色,倒入泡菜丁,炒幾分鐘取可出鍋。
