  1、雞柳洗淨,順着纖維切手指粗長條,姜切片,蔥切段。

  2、雞柳放入碗中,加蔥、姜、生抽、鹽、糖、料酒和胡椒粉抓勻。

  3、腌好的雞柳裹上澱粉,放入蛋液,裹面包糠。

  4、鍋中放油,燒至7成熟,下入雞柳,炸至金黃色撈出即可。
