  1、先将白糖化成半杯(80克酒杯)糖水,待用。

  2、把粗黃沙放入鍋内炒幹、炒燙,然後将糖水倒入炒勻,等糖煙剛一冒出,即将松子放入,不停翻炒。

  3、翻炒五六分鐘後,取幾粒松子砸開,如仁已呈黃色即熟,篩淨沙子,待松子晾後方可食用。
