  材料:面粉150克、雞蛋3個、醬油125克、醋、冬菜、蔥花、花椒面、香油、紅油辣椒100克、芝麻醬、豬油、清湯等。

  做法:

  将雞蛋打入面粉内,加堿,清水和勻,為了盡可能的提高面條的筋力和韌性,和面時要反複擂面團,擀成面片,切成細面條,冬菜洗淨,切末。将醬油、醋、冬菜末、花椒面、蔥花、香油、芝麻醬裝在碗内,加少量熱湯,待面條煮熟後,撈入碗中即成。
