1、黑豆用料理機磨成粉狀。

2、水略加熱,溶化酵母。

3、将黑豆渣、面粉、糖、油混合,逐次加入酵母水,揉成面團。

4、蒙上保鮮膜置于溫暖處發酵至兩倍大。

5、揉一揉,搓成長條,切割成均勻的劑子,蒸屜上刷油,放上饅頭坯,醒20分鐘。

6、冷水上鍋,中火,蒸25分鐘,五分鐘後再揭蓋。
