  蒸鹹鵝:

  1、清水泡6個小時,除去過多的鹹味;

  2、然後再要蒸或煮1個小時,切塊裝盤。

  鹹鵝白菜煲:

  1、鹹鵝半隻,用溫水清洗幹淨,切塊;

  2、大白菜一顆,清洗幹淨,切好;

  3、清洗幹淨的鹹鵝放入鍋内,加入适量香蔥,姜片,适量的清水大火燒開;

  4、去掉表面的浮沫,加入适量黃酒,轉小火炖半小時左右,倒入洗淨的大白菜,大火燒開,轉小火炖10分鐘,關火。
