  紅油豆瓣醬一勺,生抽2勺,香油一勺,耗油一勺,料酒2勺攪拌均勻

  将錫紙放入平底鍋中凹出形狀,依次放入粉絲,金針菇,花甲、蝦,蒜末、洋蔥、調好的醬汁,撒上一層水。

  中火加熱5-6分鐘。關火焖2-3分鐘。出鍋,開吃
