  1、将烏梅放入清水中洗淨;鍋中倒入清水,将烏梅放入鍋裡;放入冰糖,大火煮開轉用小火,慢慢煮至烏梅肉化開,湯汁顔色變成深棕色,出鍋放涼即可。

  2、酸梅湯是傳統的消暑飲料,制作原料主要有烏梅、山楂、陳皮、桂花、甘草、冰糖等材料。需要特别提出的是,正宗酸梅湯一定是用冰糖熬制的。烏梅、山楂消油解膩、開胃健脾,梅湯口感好,更避免了讓飲用者攝入過多糖分。
