肉炒洋蔥做法竅門

  1、原料準備:洋蔥2個,豬瘦肉,100克,植物油2湯匙,食鹽1/2茶匙,蚝油1湯匙,料酒1湯匙,澱粉1茶匙。

  2、洋蔥去除最外層的老皮,然後切成絲,豬瘦肉切絲;

  3、加入料酒和澱粉抓勻,腌10分鐘;

  4、平底鍋中倒一層底油,倒入腌好的肉絲;

  5、炒至變色後關火;

  6、炒鍋中倒油,中火加熱,下洋蔥翻炒,炒至洋蔥塌腰,加入肉絲同炒;

  7、加入1湯匙蚝油,加1/2茶匙食鹽,翻炒均勻後關火。
