  1、主料:仔雞;

  2、配料:青紅椒、花生米、洋蔥、香菜;調料:鹽味糖、醬油、辣椒碎、香油、蔥姜蒜、辣椒醬;

  3、将仔雞斬成小件,加入鹽、糖、醬油、白酒等,腌20分鐘;

  4、青紅椒切粒,洋蔥、香菜切塊和段;

  5、鍋中放入油,将雞塊放入,炸至金黃幹身撈出;

  6、鍋中放入香油,将洋蔥、香菜放入炒出香味撈出,把雞肉放入并加入辣椒碎,小火煨5分鐘,加入青紅椒,花生米炒勻即可。
