  1、原料:蓮花菜、西紅柿、蒜蓉、鹽、白糖、味精、生抽、現炸花椒油。

  2、做法步驟:蓮花菜去掉外層于皮,從中間剖開,切掉根部部分。用手掰成雞蛋大小的塊。淨鍋上火加入水燒開。放入少量油和鹽。放入蓮花菜焯至斷生後撈出。把蓮花菜用清水沖涼,控幹水分。放入少許西紅柿片、蒜蓉。調入白糖、調入鹽和味精。調入生抽。炒鍋上火放油燒熱,放少許花椒,炸出香味,撈出花椒。把熱熱的花椒油淋在蒜蓉上。攪拌均勻。裝盤,成品。椒香、蒜香、酸香、脆爽,美味可口。
