  2、紅薯中含有的果膠、澱粉、膳食纖維、胡蘿蔔素等成分,在煮熟後既不會因為高溫而失去營養,而且還更香甜軟糯,便于人體消化,但生吃紅薯口感幹硬,同時稍微吃多了點還容易有腸胃不适的風險,因此相對比之下,紅薯煮熟了吃口感味道都更贊。
