1、用料：木瓜1個、椰漿270ml、煉奶1勺、布丁粉2盒。
2、把木瓜的上端切掉，把瓜瓤挖幹淨。
3、把椰漿、煉乳加熱混合，加入适量的冰糖或者砂糖，攪拌均勻。
4、在攪拌均勻的椰汁中分兩次加入布丁粉，攪拌到無顆粒狀。
5、倒入木瓜裡，固定好放入冷藏室，約4h。
6、切塊，裝盤。
