  控腿正、側控腿:一條腿站立,另一條腿向體側(正前方)踢出,如此保持1分鐘,逐漸增加時間;将3-5公斤的重物挂于伸出腳的踝關節上,堅持1分鐘,逐漸增加時間和重物的重量。(一條腿徹底放松後,再換另一條腿練習。)
