洋蔥炒蝦仁的家常做法

  1、蝦仁解凍開背挑去蝦線,清洗幹淨,調入适量的料酒、鹽和黑胡椒粉腌漬10分鐘。豬裡脊肉切成片,加入料酒、鹽、蚝油和生粉抓勻腌10分鐘。洋蔥切成菱形片,小米椒切成圈,蔥切成蔥花。鍋中先倒上油,加入花椒粒炒香,再加入蔥花和小米椒炒勻。

  2、加入腌好的蝦仁和肉片翻炒至肉片發白,蝦仁發紅。加入洋蔥和青椒,大火翻炒均勻。放入适量的鹽、醋、白糖、生抽和老抽翻炒均勻即可出鍋裝盤。
