  1、主料:金針菇400克、蒜幾瓣、蔥白适量;輔料:鹽适量、雞粉适量、蚝油2勺、芝麻油幾滴。

  2、金針菇一把400克;

  3、切去根部較老的部分,摘成小份洗幹淨,瀝幹水份;

  4、蒜頭拍扁切碎、蔥白切碎;

  5、鍋内燒開水後加幾滴花生油和适量鹽,放入金針菇煮一下;

  6、煮好的金針菇沖盛出,瀝幹水份備用;

  7、鍋内熱油,下蒜和蔥白小火炒出香味;

  8、再下煮過的金針菇,加兩勺蚝油、半勺雞粉、幾滴芝麻油大火翻炒均勻。
