  1、在制作丸子的時候,可以放入雞蛋、澱粉使餡料粘性大,丸子不易散開。

  2、取一團餡料,用雙手不停翻轉,直至團子表面光滑,緊實再放入開水中,防止煮散開。

  3、豬肉最好選擇新鮮的,冷凍的豬肉粘性小。豬肉餡最好手工剁餡,比起機器做出來的粘性也會更大一點。
