制作饅頭的方法與步驟

  1、在盆中放入面粉,加入酵母,拌勻,倒入清水攪拌成絮狀。

  2、用手揉面直至表面光滑,揉好後蓋布或蓋鍋蓋,等待發酵。

  3、将發酵好的面團拿出揉勻,排掉氣體,先分成等份大小的面塊,表面揉光滑,将做好的饅頭面坯靜置15分鐘,鍋裡加足冷水,将饅頭面坯放入蒸籠,蒸熟即可。
