  1、材料:鹵大腸300克,青紅椒各30克,京蔥50克,蔥20克,姜片20克,鹽,糖,米酒,花椒油,花生油各适量。

  2、鹵大腸切段備用;青紅椒去籽洗淨切件備用。

  3、京蔥洗淨切段備用;蔥洗淨取蔥白切段備用。

  4、爆香辣椒、京蔥、姜片和蔥白,下鹵大腸大火翻炒,攢少許米酒和花椒油,以鹽、糖調味即成。
