牛肉豆腐餡的煎包怎麼做

  1、用料:面團350g,牛肉120g ,豆腐120g。

  2、将牛肉剁碎加入豆腐碎,加入蒜泥姜末蔥花,1/2茶勺鹽,1/2茶勺糖,一瓶蓋黃酒,一茶勺五香粉,植物油拌勻。

  3、将面團擠出氣泡,分割成7個面團,每個50克,案闆上撒上面粉,擀成圓形的皮。包入25克餡兒,整形。

  4、平底鍋中倒入植物油,最好是菜籽油,中火加熱,将生煎包煎至兩面金黃,倒入冷水淹沒到生煎包的1/3處,大火燒開轉小火蓋上鍋蓋焖熟,撒上白芝麻蔥花出鍋。
