  1、首先将豬頭肉切片、西紅柿切碎待用!豆幹切條待用!

  2、将剁辣椒、西紅柿、蚝油、海鮮醬油、料酒、生姜末、白糖、雞精、味精調汁。

  3、将豆幹鋪底,豬頭肉覆蓋裝盆,淋上弄好的跺椒汁上蒸鍋,旺火上氣蒸10分鐘!

  4、炒鍋置油燒沸,在蒸好的豬頭肉上撒上大蒜粒,直接潑油淋上,撒上蔥花即成。
