  1、準備螃蟹3隻,料酒15g,鹽、糖少許。

  2、先把螃蟹刷洗幹淨捆綁着備用。

  3、鍋入适量的清水,以可以覆蓋螃蟹為佳,把姜絲一同放入一起煮開。

  4、水開後把準備好的螃蟹放進去。

  5、把水再次煮開,加适量的鹽和料酒,加蓋煮十分鐘左右,至螃蟹煮熟即可。

  6、最後一步,黃橙橙鮮香的水煮螃蟹出鍋了,吃時可蘸姜蒜末加醋調的汁食用。
