  1、主料斑魚1條,輔料黨參5條,淮山5片,枸杞10粒,姜1小塊,食用油3小勺,鹽1小勺。

  2、将斑魚宰好、清理幹淨、抹幹水份,黨參、淮山、枸杞、姜洗淨,姜切片。

  3、炒鍋放油,燒熱,放入姜爆香,放入斑魚,煎至兩面微黃。

  4、倒入開水,放入黨參、淮山、枸杞,中火煮至魚熟,放鹽調味即可食用。

  5、湯色濃白,味美湯鮮,營養豐富。
