豉蒸排骨的做法

  1、主料:肋排;調料:豆豉、蒜茸、白糖、水澱粉、雞精、料酒、生抽

  2、取一個器皿,倒入肋排、豆豉、蒜茸、白糖、料酒、生抽、拌勻,腌制5分鐘左右,再加入水澱粉攪拌;

  3、取一個盤子,上面倒上油,放入腌制好的肋排;

  4、點火做蒸籠,開鍋後将肋排上籠蒸60分鐘即可。
