  1、制作材料:

  攤好的煎餅2張,胡蘿蔔300克,蔥、姜各5克,精鹽、味精、芝麻油各适量。

  2、做法:

  (1)把胡蘿蔔切絲,蔥姜切末,上火炒熟。

  (2)煎餅放在面闆上,攤上炒制的胡蘿蔔絲,從一頭卷起,按扁,放在平鍋上,幹烙至兩面金黃色,改刀成塊,裝盤即可。
