  1、食材:大蒜120克、食用油1碗。

  2、大蒜去皮,剁成小顆粒。

  3、油鍋放油加至五成熱,用一點蒜未放進去有小泡即可全部放進去炸

  4、用中小火炸,鏟子多推動,四周上色較快,所要把四周的往中間推。

  5、開始上色了,改小火,注意觀察,以免過火,微黃即可。

  6、微黃撈起,餘溫會讓顔色深點即可。
