  1、材料:花膠100g,紅棗20g,蓮子20g,冰糖50g,水250ml。

  2、做法:紅棗蓮子洗幹淨;花膠用熱水泡軟,剪成小塊;加250克水,放到電壓鍋炖3小時;拿出來加冰糖;隔水讓冰糖融化就可以了。

  3、功效:補血、止血、滋陰、潤燥。
