  1、準備面粉250克,豬肉150克,青菜80克,豬油25克,香油12克,醬油15克,精鹽7克,味精2克,蔥、姜末各少許,紫菜5克,雞湯500克。

  2、菜擇洗幹淨,剁成碎末,擠去水分;豬肉剁成末,加入醬油、精鹽、味精、蔥姜末拌勻,再加入适量的水調成糊狀,最後放入豬油、香油、菜末拌成餡待用。

  3、将面粉放入盆内,加冷水250克和成面團,揉勻,搓成細條,按每50克10個下劑,用面杖擀成小圓皮,加入餡,包成小餃子待用。

  4、用開水将餃子煮至八成熟撈出,放入雞湯内煮,加入精鹽、味精、紫菜即成。
