  1、葵花形,中間放餡,蓋上餃子皮,在餃子皮上依次翻起一角,三角形,中間放餡兒,将左邊的部分對折捏緊,再将右邊的中間部分向中間捏緊。

  2、柳葉形,中間放餡,捏起一角,從兩側揪起,捏向第一個角,月牙形,中間捏實,左右兩側向中間捏。

  3、玫瑰型,取四個餃子皮,壓腳并排放置,放入餃子餡兒,由下向上對折卷起,元寶型,中間對折捏實,兩側向中間捏實。
