  1、準備材料:西蘭花300克、肉腸1根、木耳20克、胡蘿蔔20克、食用油适量、大蒜4瓣、鹽少許。

  2、木耳用涼水泡發再沖洗幹淨,用手撕成小塊。胡蘿蔔清洗幹淨,切成薄片。大蒜去皮,切片。牛肉腸切塊。

  3、西蘭花用手掰成小塊,再焯水斷生,焯水的時候鍋裡放少許鹽。鍋裡放适量的食用油,油熱後放蒜片爆香。
